I need a detailed house plan and architectural design for a traditional family residence with 6 or more bedrooms.
Key requirements:
- Traditional architectural style, but also American feel to it.
- Minimum of 6-7 bedrooms.. 2 for the guests, guest rooms to have small kitchenette each, then 3 kids and parents room. all 3 kids to have ensuites. Dining table, out door area with bar and fireplace, 3 car garage, gym,study,kids play room, bar, large scullery, large laundry.
- Functional and spacious layout for family living
- on 2 acres of rural land in country victoria.
include a guest wing part of the house with 2 bedrooms
- 50m circular tear drop driveway up to it.
Single level house.
Block width is 47m. house will be set back 50m from the road.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in traditional architecture
- Experience designing large family homes
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
