1. Materials: The chosen freelancer should be capable of imitating a realistic wooden texture, specifically Oak. Your work will be featuring intricate detailing and grain patterns that are characteristic of Oak.

2. Style: The desired style for the backgammon boards is 'Traditional'. Therefore, the freelancer should have ample experience and understanding of conventional backgammon board designs. A strong grasp of the principles and concepts of skeuomorphism is crucial.
