I need to get a detailed 3D SketchUp model of our house drawn up from the PDF plans.
See attached house plans and survey of the property we are building on.
We need the project to be built in 'components' and the file to also be provided in raw file so that we have the model to use and add to.
Drawing to include the yard levels, fencing, paths.
Roof = slate look black tiles.
Gutter = Colourbond Monument.
Walls = rendered light grey.
Quoining, window surrounds = white.
Colourbond steel fencing = Colourbond Monument.
Finish floor level is 255.71 on the survey.
There is an existing house and boundary line shown on the survey plan. House is to be demolished and we are building/developing both blocks so both need to be included in the drawings.
