Tiny House Marc
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
We are a small innovative company building (really) tiny ecological houses of various forms and shapes, all using a wood structure and a steel basis (Stand-alone platform, trailer, truck, etc…).
As part of our construction process, we need to look at the overall construction quality of our buildings, as well as our basis platforms, taking into account the weight and sizes linked to a movable tiny building, often off-grid & quantity / cost related matters before we start each of our actual custom-design builds
As we are a growing company, we are looking for someone / a team that can support our needs in terms of:
3D render of the exterior and interior of each new building (Basic natural surroundings appreciated)
Drafting a 2D plan of the overall organisation (Vertical / horizontal views)
Drafting technical specs of our basis (Steel trailers like structure, including twist & lock systems)
Drafting the structural wood schematic, taking into account our business & technical particularities as well as wooden construction protocols
Quantity of materials needed for each construction, based on our specific technical requirements (Mainly wood and natural materials)
Weight analysis of overall structure, with weight repartition across the base
We are not interested in a one-time provider but a long-term partner we can rely on to support us in our construction design processes, integrating our particular needs and requirements and accompanying us in our growth. We will work closely with you in order to get you all the necessary information but we expect you to quickly come forward with an efficient process that will allow for maximum automatisation of all tasks in order for all to focus on high value tasks
Requirements to apply to this mission:
Advanced knowledge of 3D rendering softwares & use of automated layers for maximum efficiency
Advanced knowledge of material based construction softwares
Capacity to turn an hand-drafting sketch into a 3D render and create underlying wooden structure
Capacity to turn pictures into a 3D render / 2D plans
All work to be done in meters and kilograms metrics
Optional but valued:
Knowledge of wood-based constructions
Knowledge of electrical wiring schematics
Thermal / sound efficiency calculations

The names of the softwares you use, for each particular tasks related to our needs
Any references / examples of work that you realised that you see fit in our company context, if possibly already publicly published
The size of our team if you’re not alone, how communication process would work and what collaboration softwares (Synchrone & asynchrone) you generally use
