The Voyager

I am looking forward to designing a barge of 60 ft/ 50 ft to put up a restaurant on it. The construction of the restaurant will be done by mostly bamboo and wood. I want to put it in the back waters, so there won't be many waves for the boat to resist to. I want a marine engineer to help me design a proper barge made from reinforced steel with some barrels if possible or from HDPE plastic and see to it that it's safe. The idea can be found in the files uploaded but the construction will be done in bamboo and not cement or bricks for the restaurant.
