3D Terrain Model with Townhomes

I need a detailed 3D model of 4 four-unit townhomes placed onto a specified terrain. The model needs to include roads, existing tree mass within the forest, and proposed landscaping. The detailed model should be flyable and viewable from all angles for a presentation to our local township.

Here's what you need to do:
- Build a high-detail exterior and interior model of the townhomes, along with landscaping
- Incorporate trees, shrubs, lawns, and pathways into the design
- Utilize free software for the 3D model that can be easily shared and viewed

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in CAD and 3D modeling software
- Experience in creating detailed architectural models
- Ability to incorporate detailed landscaping including typical vehicles into models
