1140 sq ft beach house with major damage from Hurricane Ian. Lost roof and storm rain soaked entire interior. Demoed down to the studs and new roof has been installed. I would like to change bath and half to one larger ADA bathroom and enlarge the kitchen. Need drawings to get permits.
