Tekla Rebar Modeling & Scheduling

I have a concrete design ready and now need precise cost estimation and full rebar detailing carried out inside Tekla Structures. Your task is to take my structural drawings and:

• Build an accurate 3-D rebar model in Tekla (Rebar modeling)
• Generate all bar-mark schedules directly from the model (Rebar scheduling)
• Extract the material take-off so I can finalise cost estimates

Please keep everything native to Tekla so I can review and edit later if required. IFC or DWG exports are a plus but the .tekla model and schedules in Excel are the key deliverables.

Acceptance will be based on:
1. Clean, clash-free reinforcement placement that matches my drawings and cover requirements.
2. Bar lists that Tekla compiles without manual edits.
3. A concise quantity summary suitable for pricing.
