Technical Cabin drawings

Looking for a Google Sketchup designer for a small cabin project. Both 2d and 3d drawings of fasades, roofing and technical drawings. The drawings must include estimated use of materials, dimensioning etc. In Norway we build buildings after a standard called Tek17. All technical requirements and examples will be provided.
