Tech pack for clothing brand

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to create techpacks for my clothing brand. The techpack should include t-shirts, . I have specific designs already in mind and need more than 7 designs of each item created. An eye for style and fashion is important, as I am expecting the best quality in the designs. I am open to ideas but it's important that you stick to the exact designs I provided. The techpacks need to include all the information needed for product development, pattern drafting, fabric and how it is cut, assembly instructions, and much more.
