I'm seeking a professional with experience in creating detailed tech packs specifically for women's activewear.
Tech Pack Requirements:
- Fabric Specifications: Understanding of suitable, high-quality, durable fabrics for yoga and pilates activewear.
- Measurements: Accurate sizing details for women's activewear, accommodating a range of sizes.
- Construction Details: Comprehensive breakdown of how each piece should be constructed, keeping in mind the demands of yoga and pilates.
Hand weightsTechnical Drawings (Flat Sketches):
These are precise, two-dimensional drawings that show the construction and details of the garment, including seams, pockets, and embellishments.
Measurements and Size Charts:
Detailed measurements for each size, including tolerance, and industry-standard grading rules (e.g., ASTM, BSI) are included.
Fabrication and Material Specifications:
Detailed information about the fabric type, weight, composition, and any special treatments or finishes.
Colorways and Decoration:
Specifies the colors, prints, and embellishments (e.g., logos, labels, embroidery) and their placement.
Bill of Materials (BOM):
A list of all the materials needed to produce the garment, including quantities and costs.
Construction Details:
Instructions on how the garment is sewn, including seam types, stitch per inch (SPI), and any special techniques or construction methods.
Labelling and Packaging:
Information about the placement and type of labels, as well as instructions on how the garment should be packaged.
Care Instructions:
