Teach me how to attach other body to the face in Blender

Hi,
I have shared a blender file with the job description.
When you unzip the file, you will get a blender file in which we have the face that needs to be attached and the body.

Note: you should not edit the neck in the body but you can edit/fill the face the way you want.

Also teach me how did you do it.
