Tayo print file creator -- 2

I have a toy car that I would like a 3D print file created for. Can provide the car or photos of it. I need space to snap an axle with wheels in, or have the wheels turn on their own. Either one. All it would take is the ability to scan the actual toy car pieces, but I don’t have the machine for that at my current location.
