I have a set of blueprints that require conversion into a detailed takeoff, including specific requirements:
1. Provide accurate square footage calculations for each room, along with detailed paint specifications.
2. Enumerate the number of doors, windows, and fixtures in each space, specifying the type of paint required for each.
3. Clearly outline any additional surfaces that need painting, indicating the quantity, preferred paint type, and color.
