1 TCD Sugar Plant Drawings
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m building a pilot-scale sugar plant that will process 1 ton of cane per day and I need a complete engineering drawing package to move from concept to fabrication. The scope covers the overall general-arrangement layout, detailed piping & instrumentation diagrams, and the associated equipment specification sheets. All work must be delivered in fully editable SolidWorks or AutoCAD formats with clear layering, dimensions, and call-outs suitable for fabrication and installation.
Because I do not have preferred brands or models, I’ll rely on your recommendations for each major item—mills, juice heaters, clarification vessels, evaporators, pan, centrifuge, and ancillary pumps, valves, and instrumentation—balanced against pilot-plant scale, energy efficiency, and ease of maintenance. Please reflect these choices in the specification sheets and bill of materials.
For acceptance I will review:
• A clear GA drawing showing cane handling through to sugar discharge, with footprints, elevations, and service corridors that fit inside a 50 m × 10 m × 8 m envelope.
• P&IDs that match the GA, include tag numbers, line sizes, control loops, and utility tie-ins, and follow ISA symbols.
• 3D models and 2D fabrication drawings of custom skids or frames, ready for workshop issue.
• A consolidated equipment list with recommended manufacturers and datasheets.
If you have prior experience with small-scale food-process plants or sugar machinery and can meet these deliverables, let’s discuss your timeline and any information you need from my side.
