I'm looking for an experienced architect or designer to transform my detailed house plan into fully buildable blueprints. The focus is on sustainability and energy efficiency, specifically incorporating energy-efficient insulation and windows. I prefer a combination of eco-friendly and high-performance synthetic materials for these elements. The barndominium concept is appealing, but I want the home to be a Craftsman style motif. I like the ideal of exterior walls for all load bearing. I want to use steel roof trusses and wooden floor trusses.
