3D Surface Modeling for STEP File
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm in need of an expert who can create a 3D model suitable for injection molding. The model will be used in manufacturing, and I require it to be delivered as a usable STEP file of a solid.
Key Requirements:
- Creation of a detailed 3D surface model.
- Delivery of a compatible STEP file.
- Expertise in designing for injection molding.
The material for the model is yet to be determined, so flexibility and understanding of various material properties will be an advantage. Please provide examples of similar projects you've completed in your proposal.
Attached are pictures of something close to the need.
I am looking for the look of the moons surface except the impact area in my model is a hole which the project requires.
I want the perimeters of the edges of each hole to have a soft rounded ridge with large enough area to be machined for making the mold that will be made.
Image this is being hit by various asteroids and punching through.
The success of this project will lead to more projects like this.
I will need a step file of the solid. I can provide a step file of either a flat as shown or like the finish radial shape without holes.
