Subdivision Layout

I am looking for someone to design the layout of a medium sized subdivision with approximately 10-20 lots. The desired street pattern is for dead-end roads and the major land feature that needs to be addressed during design is elevation changes. The ideal candidate should have experience with creating subdivision plans and understanding of land development techniques.
