Stylized Low Poly Track Models

Hi, I'm developing a game and need 3D models for the environment. These models should be in a stylized low poly style, with a rocky, mountainous theme.

Requirements:
- 3D Modeling: Ability to create detailed and optimized low poly models for Unity
- Art Style: Proficiency in stylized low poly art

The project requires a good understanding of modelling game ready assets, and I will not consider Freelancers without a good portfolio.
