I handle a steady flow of residential, commercial and even industrial commissions that all share one common brief: a clean, modern aesthetic inside and out. To keep pace I need photoreal visuals that feel truly built, not computer-generated, so the workflow must stay inside 3ds Max with Corona Renderer for lighting and materials.

For every project I supply the CAD plans, elevations and a mood board. From there, the job is to model the building envelope, craft the interior spaces, dress them with modern furnishings and finishes, light everything realistically, and deliver high-resolution stills plus the editable scene. Accurate proportions, believable textures and natural daylight are non-negotiable; quick, thoughtful iteration on comments is just as important.
