I'm seeking a talented designer proficient in 2D and 3D structural and interior design, specifically for commercial spaces. The projects will primarily focus on designing resorts or farmland type locations.
Key responsibilities:
- Create detailed 2D technical drawings and drafts using AutoCAD or equivalent.
- Develop 3D models and renderings through SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max, or similar tools.
- Plan and design interior spaces with innovative concepts.
- Select suitable materials and develop appealing color schemes.
- Produce realistic visualizations for impactful presentations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record in architectural design, structural modeling, and interior design.
