Structural Design of Tank

We need to design Structural design of Chassis, Tank & Center of Gravity of tanks being fabricated by us. We need complete design with piping drawing in 3D as well. The chassis design can be done on Solid works / Tekla and the tank design needs to be done using Roark &Young formula. We are looking for proficient designer to do this for us.
