Stress Analysis, Architect for Existing Vessel (Land rig)

I need a qualified naval architect or structural engineer to carry out a full stress analysis on an existing vessel. The job is strictly a structural analysis task—no redesign work—so the focus is on evaluating the current hull and primary supporting members, identifying critical stress concentrations, and confirming that everything remains within allowable limits set by the relevant class society.
I will supply:
- General arrangement, structural plans, and scantling drawings in PDF/DWG
- Material specifications and weld details
- Loading conditions (still‐water, wave, and cargo cases)
Your role is to:
- Build an accurate 3-D finite-element model in software such as ANSYS, RFEM, or HyperMesh
- Apply the provided load combinations and boundary conditions
- Generate stress plots and tabulated results for global and local structures
- Recommend any areas where reinforcement or design changes are advisable
Acceptance criteria:
1. FEA model file (fully editable)
2. Brief methodology summary (1–2 pages) outlining assumptions, mesh strategy, and load cases
3. Stress results compared against Class rules with clear pass/fail indication
4. Final PDF report (≈10–15 pages) and source files delivered
