Straight Staircase Fabrication Pack

I’m putting together a full fabrication package for a single-flight straight staircase and need an experienced detailer to translate my design notes into clear shop drawings.

The build is straightforward: 250 × 8 mm steel plate stringers with RSA cleats stitch welded to the inside face. Each tread and riser is a folded 6 mm plate that will later receive a terrazzo overlay. All critical dimensions—overall rise, going, tread depth, riser height, landing positions and cleat spacing—are already locked in and I’ll pass the measurement sheet and hand sketches across as soon as we start.

What I need from you is a concise, fabricator-ready drawing set that covers:
• General arrangement with key dimensions and levels
• Detailed stringer profiles, hole patterns and weld symbols
• Plate developments for every tread/riser fold
• Exact cleat schedules and weld call-outs
• Cutting list / bill of materials

Please supply the package as clean PDFs plus the native CAD files (DWG or similar) so the workshop can make minor edits if required. I haven’t finalised a surface finish yet—feel free to leave that note blank or offer a recommendation I can update later.
