3-Storey Villa: Model & Calculations
Budget: $30 – $250 NZD
We are looking for an experienced engineer/architect to complete both the full architectural 3D model and the structural design & calculations of a three-storey reinforced concrete villa.
The project requires creating a complete architectural concept (plans, sections, elevations, interior layout) and performing static/structural analysis in accordance with international standards. The final output should be ready for construction documentation.
We expect a clean, professional workflow with regular updates and clear communication throughout the project.
