Stl file for a sabot or shotshell with .494" diameter

I am looking for an experienced engineer to create an AES .stl file for a sabot or shotshell with a .494" diameter. The purpose of the file is for 3D Printing and requires a moderate level of detail. I require the parts to be printed in plastic. The 3D Print must be of high quality and accurate. The engineer should be well-versed with 3D printing design techniques and have a track record of successful 3D prints. I am looking to hire someone who can meet the necessary requirements quickly and in a cost-effective manner. I have a Creality Ender-3 S1 Pro printer & the shells are for a .50cal airgun.
