Steel Pallet Load Simulation

Job ID: 40554976

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I need a full load-bearing simulation for a steel storage pallet. The goal is to verify its weight-carrying capacity before we commit to production, so I’m looking for a solid, physics-based assessment rather than a quick “ballpark” check.

You’ll start from my existing CAD model (STEP file) or, if you prefer, rebuild the geometry yourself—whichever gives the cleanest mesh. Boundary conditions must reflect real-world use: pallet supported on both fork-entry beams, uniformly distributed load on the deck, and a test case for point loading in the centre. Please run linear static FEA first; if results show any marginal safety factor, continue with a nonlinear pass to capture yielding.

Key results I expect:
• Maximum allowable static load before yield
• Stress and deflection plots with clear colour scales
• Minimum factor of safety across all scenarios
• Brief commentary on any local buckling or weld-heat-affected issues you notice

Deliverables:
• Native analysis files (ANSYS, Abaqus, SolidWorks Simulation, or comparable)
• A concise PDF report (≤10 pages) summarising methodology, material data used for steel, mesh quality screenshots, and final recommendations
• Screenshot pack in PNG/JPEG for quick review

Please confirm which software you’ll use and your typical turnaround time for revisions. Once I’m satisfied with the report, I’ll release the milestone immediately so we can move on to potential vibration or impact checks if needed.
