I'm in need of a unique and functional design for a steel event venue. The dimensions required are 52'x80'x12' with a 3:12 roof pitch, and the location is 73439. There are no code requirements to consider, but accessibility and functionality are key.
Ideal Features:
* The design should have conscientious provisions for bathroom facilities, including handicapped accessibility.
* Storage for up to 100 chairs should be seamlessly integrated into the design.
* The venue would need an open floor plan design for maximum adaptability.
Kitchen Specification:
