I’m ready to transform a full office environment—conference room, workspace, reception area and an additional meeting room—into a space that operates flawlessly and looks effortlessly refined. Function will always lead the way, yet each decision should culminate in a unified, highly polished aesthetic.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A cohesive design concept that clearly ties these four zones together while respecting their individual purposes.
• Space plans and furniture layouts that maximise circulation and workflow.
• Bespoke or specified furnishings, finishes, lighting and décor with sourcing details so I can procure locally or online.
• A curated colour palette and material board that can be communicated to contractors without ambiguity.
• Visuals—mood boards, sketches or realistic 3-D renders—so every stakeholder can understand the vision at a glance.
Acceptance criteria
The final package must include scaled floor plans (PDF + editable source), a consolidated FF&E schedule, and at least four high-resolution renderings—one per area. All files should be ready for hand-off to builders and suppliers.
