I am in need of an experienced minzinc modeler to assist me with a short-term trainingsplan project. The purpose of this project is modeling, where we will be developing a trainingsplan with specific constraints.

Requirements:
- Intermediate level of experience with minzinc
- Strong understanding of modeling techniques and principles
- Ability to work within a tight deadline (within a week)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in modeling projects using minzinc
- Familiarity with developing trainingsplans or similar constraint-based projects
