3D Solidworks metal box documentation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am seeking a 3D engineer.
The aim of the task is to design a control box bent from steel or aluminum sheet (low weight), with high aesthetics - designer, for industrial applications we provide a drawing of the mechanical connection on which the box will hang, and a general drawing of an identical box, but produced today using the injection method, the task involves reproducing the box documentation using other production methods.
The hanging screen box must have room for the keyboard and mouse (see photo).
The box should be accessible from the rear by dismantling the rear cover; the cover should be removable in such a way that the box can hang and mechanical interference with the electrical connections is possible.
If possible, the box should not have sharp edges, i.e. it should have a futuristic appearance, acceptable manufacturing methods include: laser cutting, bending, extrusion of individual elements/planes from sheet metal.
Main assumptions: high-quality, vandal-resistant buttons - ONPOW 22mm
1 stop failure (22mm hole) ONPOW LAS1-AGQ-11TSB
2 power lamp (22mm hole) ONPOW GQ25-L-11 or similar
3-5 monostable buttons green, red, blue (hole 22mm) ONPOW GQ25-L-11 or similar
6 Touch screen - available in *.STEP file
The complete project consists of assemblies and documentation for individual mechanical elements of the assembly in accordance with the art of construction, made in SolidWorks 2021 or older, compatible with SolidWorks 2021.
