SolidWorks Sheet Metal Manufacturing Designs

I’m already deep into modelling a series of sheet-metal parts in SolidWorks and now I’d like an extra set of expert hands to keep the workload moving. Everything you create will head straight to manufacturing, so accuracy and good modelling practice are non-negotiable.

The job
• Build or refine parametric sheet-metal parts and small assemblies in SolidWorks 2021+
• Generate flat-patterns with correct bend allowances / K-factors and export clean DXF files ready for laser cutting
• Produce detailed fabrication drawings (SLDDRW) that include bend lines, hardware call-outs and overall dimensions

Acceptance criteria
1. Files rebuild with zero errors or suppressed features.
2. DXF flat-patterns open without splines, duplicate lines or overlaps.
3. Drawings follow the provided template and match model revisions.

There’s no hard deadline, so we can focus on getting every detail right rather than racing the clock. When you reply, please attach one or two recent sheet-metal samples so I can check style compatibility before sharing the full part list and standards.
