SolidWorks Prototype Assembly Design
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
Create a fully-defined SolidWorks assembly that I can send straight to the shop for prototyping. All individual parts already exist as sketches and simple models; the task is to bring them together into one parametric assembly, add the correct mates, check clearances, and confirm that the stack-up will tolerate the specified manufacturing limits.
You’ll receive:
• STEP and native SolidWorks part files
• Critical dimensions, tolerance notes, and a brief on intended motion
Deliverables:
• One native SolidWorks (.SLDASM + updated .SLDPRT) file set, ready for rapid-prototype export
• A short PDF report summarising mate scheme, interference results, and any design-for-manufacture observations
Please include a quick note about similar prototype assemblies you have completed so I know your experience aligns with this scope.
