SolidWorks Plastic Enclosure Design

I need a robust enclosure fully modelled in SolidWorks that will protect a small set of mechanical components inside a larger assembly. The unit will be manufactured in plastic, so wall thickness, draft angles, ribs, snap-fits or screw bosses, and any other injection-mould-friendly details have to be considered from the outset. Internal clearances, mounting points, and service-access features must keep the components secure during normal vibration and handling.

Please deliver the native SolidWorks part or assembly file along with:

• A clean STEP export
• 2-D manufacturing drawings with tolerances and call-outs
• A short design note explaining material choice, fastener strategy, and moulding considerations

I will supply overall size limits, mounting hole positions, and a rough layout of the components once we begin. If anything is unclear, feel free to ask early so we can lock down the requirements before you move too far into the modelling phase.
