I have the 3D model of a heatsink(copper finds and axial fan) and benchtop instrument in solidworks. You just have to adhere to the boundary conditions I provide and run a CFD analysis.
The budget is about $15 since its a very minor task. There will be further milestones having similar payment range, hence its a ling term project.
