SolidWorks CFD Pollution Chamber
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a steel chamber designed in SolidWorks that can accurately reproduce an urban atmosphere for research into aerosol–gas interaction. Once the 3-D model is ready, I also want a CFD study that demonstrates how well the chamber mixes and maintains carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide and particulate matter under typical city boundary conditions.
The mechanical model should include inlets, outlets, sensor mounts and sampling ports, and be manufacturable from standard sheet or plate steel. After the design is approved, run a full flow and species-transport simulation—SolidWorks Flow Simulation, ANSYS Fluent or OpenFOAM are all acceptable—to verify temperature, humidity and pollutant uniformity, identify any dead zones and recommend tweaks if needed.
Deliverables
• Native SolidWorks files plus STEP/IGES exports and basic fabrication drawings
• CFD project files, meshes and boundary set-ups ready to rerun
• Concise report summarising results with contour plots and numerical data
I will sign off once the CAD model is fabrication-ready and the CFD results show concentration variations inside the core test volume remain within 5 %. Let me know your preferred solver and any information you need to get started.
