SolidWorks Blade Cutter Redesign

I have blade cutter design from grabcad. It is mostly accurate to the blade cutter I have, some parts need to edit and redesign accordingly. After that, need to make exploded view. Then suggest ways to improve design assembly and redesign some parts that will help in improvement. Price range is fixed, dont bother applying if you want to quote higher.
