SolidWorks Assembly Design for Sheetmetal
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
I have a set of sheet-metal parts that need to come together in one SolidWorks assembly. You will start from my individual part files, verify each one for manufacturability, and then build a clean, fully-defined assembly that reflects how the product will actually be produced on the shop floor.
Because the parts will be laser-cut, bent, and finally welded, I need someone who can think like a fabricator while modeling. Corner reliefs, bend deductions, weld gaps, and clearances all matter here, so please be ready to adjust—or flag—any geometry that might cause trouble once it leaves the screen.
Deliverables
• Native SolidWorks assembly file with organized feature tree and proper mates
• Updated part files if any modifications are required for laser cutting, bending, or welding
• A concise PDF drawing pack that shows flat patterns, bend lines, weld call-outs, and a BOM
If you have solid experience creating production-ready assemblies in SolidWorks and understand laser cutting, bending, and welding practices, I’d like to see that background in your bid.
