Solar PV System Design Software (Residential and Commercial)

I am looking to design and develop a custom software solution for Solar PV System Design. The target size of the system that needs to be accounted for is 10-50 kW (or more) and the software should include shading analysis, as well as other features such as energy production simulation and financial analysis. The software should be developed on a web-based platform for enhanced reach and accessibility. As this is an important project, I would need the developer to have experience with these kinds of software solutions. Moreover, the software solution should be tailored specifically to the needs of residential and commercial customers. The software should be able to process geotagged images and create an accurate 3D Model of the property (Drone Photogrammetry). Plus the software should be able to create Single Line Diagrams for system installation and be compatible with AutoCAD and Google Sketchup. Similar Softwares: Pix4D, DroneDeploy, Helioscope, Scanifly, Blender, and AutoCAD.
