Sober Living Layout Redesign

I’ve sketched out every space for a sober-living home—from bedrooms, kitchen, dining and computer areas to workout, yoga, TV and gaming rooms—but right now they exist as disconnected pieces. I need everything pulled into one cohesive floor plan that feels welcoming, flows naturally and never comes across as institutional.

You’ll receive my hand-drawn room layouts along with the few digital drawings Home Depot produced. Starting there, I’d like you to reorganize the entire building, suggest smarter adjacencies and, if you spot an obvious gap, recommend additional rooms that will enhance daily comfort and relaxation. Natural light, good ventilation, intuitive circulation and thoughtful furniture placement are top priorities; storage solutions and subtle zoning for quiet vs. social activities will help us avoid that clinical vibe.

A polished set of plans—PDF for sharing and an editable file in the software you use (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar)—will let me move straight to permitting and build-out. If you can layer in simple 3-D views or mood boards to illustrate how the spaces breathe, even better, but the essential deliverable is a clear, organized, build-ready layout that maximizes comfort for every resident.
