Smart Safety and Navigation Switch Module Design for Motorcycles
Budget: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 INR
We are seeking a freelancer located in Pune or Pimpri-Chinchwad (PCMC) to design a smart safety and navigation switch module for motorcycles. The module will mount onto a standard 22mm motorcycle handlebar. The scope includes:
- Mechanical Design: Create 3D enclosure CAD models strictly for plastic injection molding (DFM) with weatherproofing channels.
- Electronics Design: Develop a custom PCB layout using globally available, off-the-shelf components.
- Deliverables: Final 3D CAD models (.STEP or .IGES), PCB Gerber files, and a complete Bill of Materials (BOM) in Excel with standard manufacturer part numbers.
The freelancer must meet face-to-face for an initial briefing to receive a stock motorcycle handlebar for precise measurements and finalize design requirements. Remote-only or out-of-state applicants will not be considered.
Timeline: 3 to 4 weeks from the kickoff meeting.
