Small piece 3D design to copy-print 3D

I am looking to have a small piece of 3D design printed in plastic. The purpose of the 3D design is for a functional part, so accuracy and precision are of utmost importance. As such, the piece has specific measurements and dimensions that must be met. Having a detailed understanding of CAD software and 3D printing would be beneficial.
I need an easy and quick 3D design job.
I have a small car piece (a window switch) made of plastic that has broken.
I need its 3D design to 3D print it. Cost of printing is nothing but I need the design.
Probably best to do photogrammetry and then measure the piece for details.
I am adding some photos or a general idea of the piece, but of course, the designer will need o se and measure the piece by herself. So I need the designer to be in Dubai to show him the piece.
My budget is limited.
