Small bedroom interior design

A small 12 feet by 12 feet bedroom to be designed, can share the CAD drawing with furniture placement details. Looking for a quick job. Someone who can start immediately would be preferred. Will be paid more if I like the work, I do have a few other rooms to be designed and can work in long term based on how this engagement goes.

Please note that I need 3 renders with different color options.
