Small Room Renovation with Overhead Cabinets
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I have a small extra room in my house (attached), the room is a bit messy on the pix, but the photos give you an idea – the area now is fully empty and ready to be renovated. Total size of the room is 2.17 x 2.65 and ceiling height is 2.85m.
I am planning to put Overhead cabinets in the shape of an L on the wall above the window and on the tall wall opposite the door, with an end cabinet reaching the floor. on the long wall also I am planning to put a day-bed.
Sizes of the cabinets will be full length of the wall, and height of the cabinets will be around 50cm (ceiling to window), and the depth will be 42cm. (all are approximate +/- 2cm).
I have bought a bed from IKEA (Brimnes Day Bed), and all the construction will be somehow around it to make it one nice cohesive space.
Also on the opposite wall (beside the door) I want to put an office desk and a shelf for my printer, desk depth 45cm so when the day bed fully opens, the room can accommodate the day-bed as well as the desk space.

I like white & light brown colors, and I am planning to put parquet flooring with light brown honey color.
