Small Project - 3D Model/Animation for College Project

We are working on a College Project in which we have designed a retractable scissor bridge. We need to present it in front of our professors. This project is important for us academically. We just need a working 3D Model/Animation of our project. We have already designed the images and we will provide the same for better understanding. The images attached will give a brief idea of the concept, we just need to build up an environment containing our bridge which will depict it's real life practicality.
