Small Parts Scanning for Reverse Engineering

I'm looking for a professional who can scan small mechanical parts for reverse engineering purposes. The output should be in OBJ format, and the scanning should capture the dimensions of the parts with high precision.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in 3D scanning and reverse engineering
- Proficiency in working with OBJ format
- High attention to detail, particularly in capturing dimensions.
- Previous experience in scanning and reverse engineering small mechanical parts.
The parts to be scanned range from 1 to 12 inches. The scanning should be done at high resolution. The reverse-engineered parts will be used for manufacturing purposes. The parts to be scanned are made of plastic. The required turnaround time for this project is 1 week. The scanning should be conducted at standard high resolution. Please ensure that noise is cleaned up in the final scan files. The parts to be scanned will be provided by the client. Only the initial scans without any post-processing or modifications are needed.
