Skyrim Environmental Texture Overhaul

I'm seeking a skilled modder to enhance the graphics of Skyrim, specifically focusing on environmental and landscape textures.

Requirements:
- Higher resolution textures for landscapes
- Improved visibility of distant textures
- Being able to view tress, grass, etc from a distance rather them popping out when nearby
