Sketchup 3D modeling

I am looking for a skilled and experienced 3D modeler who specializes in architectural visualization.

What i need:
- To finish this 3D model in sketchup (only need to model what we see - we are doing this view)
- Models should be clean and layered

I do have CAD plans. No renders needed.
