Sketchup model to organize and mapping BIM method to excel and to IFC

As a project, I'm looking for an expert to sketch up a model of an existing building, create a data model in excel, and an IFC model. The model created must be accurate and detailed. The excel data model must be organized and comprehensive. Lastly, the IFC model will require all of the information compiled and put into a format such that it is both manageable and accessible to IFC. This expert must be knowledgeable in using SketchUp and have familiarity with building information modeling and how to best organize and map it to excel and IFC.

Outlining groups and components

Naming all materials in model

#1 Area 400m2. Model ready, need to organize it properly and should be template for rest area models. needs to be checked over fully. Organizing and correct data.
#2 area 150m2 Small area, should be very easy.
Correcting materials used. General walls as wall panels. No need to material detailing, neccessary are all the labels and info for quantity
#3 area. Biggest area. 1000m2 Here needed to build also ceiling. And add slab, wall framing, general tile pattern to tiles, skirtings and name them accordingly, wall panels and wall profiles

I have work zones and also room names to all named areas. To every item has to add both.
I have also work task for all areas + work codes. Also each item has to have label for work code to correct

Each item has to also be with IFC coding according shipbuilding IFC codingSo IFC model is complete As Built.

Everything need to be organized in model and also linked excel file should be one of the outputs.

Work phases are steel outfitting (pre interior. Supports, framing, foundations, etc)
Interior outfitting (wall lining, wall finishes, equpment, ceilings)

Most of the installations are premade panels, items.

From end product i have to be able do visial planning with timeschedules, material demand lists, BOMs, quantity takeoffs, cost controls etc..

I have models mostly ready, but not organized. So you will get all info with pdfs and cads and all data needs to be in those 3 area modules.

Renderings I dont need. Just finishings should be visually similar, quantities need to match with pdf and cad drawings
