Sketchup model of office spaces with rendering

I'm looking for an experienced 3D modeler to create a Sketchup model of my office space. The model needs to incorporate the furniture representation of the spaces, so that the layout can be accurately displayed. Rendering the model is also necessary, as I need to be able to view the spaces in a 3D environment. Additionally, accuracy at scale is essential for me to be able to visualize the details of the model clearly.
